2.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

2.4 The price of the products ordered by you shall be the price displayed on the website at the time your order is submitted, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors (whether due to technical or human error) for which we will not be liable.

2.5 Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card or any other method as described on the website. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.

2.6 We reserve the right to change the payment methods available on the website without prior notice to you.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We aim to deliver all orders directly to the school by August 2023 before the start of school.

3.2 We only deliver orders utilizing local delivery to our customers. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and other factors beyond our control. We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries.

3.3 We will notify you of any delivery charges applicable to your order before you confirm your order.

3.4 All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

4.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

4.3 Please note that we do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized products.

4.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
